These elegant and stylish cards are printed on your choice of premium 14PT or slightly thicker 16PT card stock. Choose from a variety of sizes and printing options (Spot UV) to make them truly one-of-a-kind.

You have the option to add clear Spot UV to highlight specific areas of your design such as images, logos graphic patterns, or text.

Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8″ bleed on each side
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8″ inside the trim
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted)
Resolution: 300 dpi
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies

What is Matte Cardstock?
A coated paper finish that is flat, non-shiny, and offers a smooth finish that keeps much of the ink from being absorbed by the paper and creating a crisp image.

Can I Write on Matte Cardstock?
Yes, you can write on them with a pen or permanent marker.

What is Spot UV?
Spot UV (also called Spot Gloss or Spot Varnish), is a clear varnish that is applied to specific areas of your business card to create dramatic contrast, highlights, and dimension from other parts of the design.

Do You Offer Matte as Square Business Cards?
Yes, we currently offer two square sizes: 2″ x 2″ and 2.5″ x 2.5.”

Can I Have Borders in My Artwork?
Print Dallas does accept borders on jobs. However, we do not recommend them on smaller pieces like business cards and hang tags. Because artwork can shift up to 0.0625” in any direction during printing, this can create uneven borders.

Do You Offer Folded Business Cards?
Yes, we offer 3.5″ x 4″ folded business cards with or without Spot UV. With folded business cards, you’ll have twice the space to add additional information, discounts, promotions, and more.
