Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathologist - Elementary School Setting

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is sought for an elementary school serving Kindergarten through 4th grades. This contract-to-hire position offers a consistent schedule, working 37.5 hours per week at a single school location in Indianapolis, IN, for the current school year (CSY).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-4
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Eligibility for or holding a School Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently within a school environment
