PLEASE NOTE: The printdallas.net Customer Rewards Program was amended as of 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2015. All Rewards Points earned prior to that time, and all coupons based on those Rewards Points have now expired and are no longer valid. The Effective Date of the new Print Dallas Customer Rewards Program is January 1, 2016 and Rewards Points began accruing under this new program as of that date.
Membership in the Print Dallas Customer Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) is available to all Print Dallas customers at no cost. A Customer Rewards Account is established for each Rewards Program member, and this account will be credited with Rewards Points each time an eligible purchase is made. As Rewards Points accumulate they can be redeemed either for dollar value denomination Rewards Point Certificates, which a customer can credit against the cost of future print jobs (shipping and taxes excluded), or for specially selected merchandise.
All of Print Dallas customers will be pre-enrolled in the Rewards Program and provisional Rewards Points will begin to accrue for all purchases made after pre-enrollment. Your actual enrollment, and the right to redeem Rewards Points, is conditioned upon your agreement to and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of Print Dallas principal website, and all other applicable Print Dallas terms and conditions. You will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions before you can access the Print Dallas Customer Rewards Program in your customer account area and/or when you attempt to redeem any Rewards Point that have accumulated. If you redeem Reward Points you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of redemption. Membership in the Rewards Program is optional, and you may elect not to participate.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, the current terms and conditions in effect at the time of your redemption of any Rewards Points, a request for any benefit that may be available to Rewards Program members, and/or any other applicable transaction under the Rewards Program, will govern that transaction.
Membership in Print Dallas Rewards Program is generally open to all of Print Dallas customers. Having a valid existing account or establishing a valid account with Print Dallas is the only prerequisite for membership. Print Dallas reserves the right to terminate and/or refuse membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and other applicable rules and regulations.
Establishing and Maintaining a Membership
Once you are pre-enrolled, Rewards Points for every eligible transaction will be provisionally credited and accrue in your Customer Rewards Account: in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Your actual Rewards Program Membership and the right to use or redeem Rewards Points or receive any other benefit that is or may be part of or offered by the Rewards Program requires that you affirmatively accept these Terms and Conditions. If you have not already done so, you will be asked to accept these Terms and Conditions when you access your regular Customer Account with Print Dallas, or your Customer Rewards Account. If you redeem Rewards Points credited to your account you are affirmatively accepting these Terms and Conditions. Once you have accepted these Terms and Conditions you will keep all of the Rewards Points provisionally credited to your account, and Rewards Points will continue to accrue in your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You may chose to not to accept these Terms and Conditions, however, if you decline to accept these Terms and Conditions you will not be eligible to participate in the Rewards Program, your pre-enrollment will be cancelled, any Rewards Points provisionally credited to you will be void, and you will not continue to accrue any useable Rewards Points. If you later decide that you would like to participate in the Rewards Program please contact Print Dallas Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you elect not to participate and later change your mind, participation will not be back-dated.
Subject to the exceptions listed in these Terms and Conditions, all of your purchases from Print Dallas are eligible for Rewards Points. Please note, however, that shipping and handling charges and taxes are not eligible to receive awards points under any circumstances and will be excluded in calculating the number of Rewards Points on any given transaction. Rewards Points are awarded only the actual amount paid for any given order; after discounts, special offers, etc. are taken into account and excluding shipping and handling and taxes. By way of example, a regular priced item for $250.00, with 20% off coupon would cost $200.00, plus shipping and taxes (if applicable). Rewards Points will only be awarded on the $200 actual cost.
Print Dallas is the final authority on whether a transaction qualifies for an award of Rewards Points and reserves the right to deduct Rewards Points from a member’s account at any time if points are credited in error.
Rewards Points Certificates may only be used as a credit against eligible Print Dallas print job orders, made by the member who earned the Rewards Points. Rewards Points Certificates will expire on the earlier of 30 days after the date you redeemed your Rewards Points or the date on which your Print Dallas account has been inactive for a period of six months. NOTE: If a Rewards Point Certificate expires without being used the Rewards Points on the certificate are no longer valid and they will not be credited back to your Customer Rewards Account. Rewards Points Certificates are not transferable, have no independent monetary value and may not be otherwise redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any other benefit.
Any attempt to obtain credit as a result of a transaction or other qualifying activity for which a Rewards Program member has already received credit is prohibited and shall constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Rewards Points for an eligible order are earned and available for redemption as soon as the relevant order has been shipped to the designated shipping address.
Rewards Points will not be given or awarded (or will be recaptured and voided if already awarded) , for the following:
- – Cancelled orders.
- – Orders that are not fully paid.
- – Shipping and handling charges.
- – Any and all applicable taxes.
- – Refunded orders.
- – That portion of an order that is paid for with Reward Points Certificates.
- – That portion of an order paid for with a coupon, or the subject of a discount or other special offer.
- – Redemption of Rewards Points for merchandise.
- – Orders that take advantage of another special offer or discount offered by Print Dallas to which Rewards Points do not apply.
If your Customer Rewards Account has a negative balance due to the recapture of previously awarded points, Rewards Points for all orders placed while the balance remains negative will be credited to the negative balance and are not eligible for redemption. Placement and subsequent cancellation of one or more orders, or any portion thereof, for the purpose of accruing and then redeeming Rewards Points, is grounds for account termination in Print Dallas sole discretion.
Under no circumstance will Rewards Points be retroactively credited to an account. For example, if the Print Dallas site is unavailable for technical or any other reason on a day on which double or multiple points are available, an order placed on the following (or later) day is not eligible for the increased rewards points, even if the order could have been placed earlier.
Reward Points Accrual
Your Customer Rewards Account will be credited with one Rewards Point for each dollar you spend on an eligible transaction.
Rewards Points Redemption
Rewards Points may be redeemed in one of two ways: Rewards Point Certificates or specially chosen merchandise.
Rewards Points may be redeemed for Rewards Point Certificates, which can be used as a credit against the invoiced cost of a future order from Print Dallas. Rewards Points Credit Certificates are available in the following amounts $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 and $100.00. The applicable number of Rewards Point necessary to redeem for each increment is listed in your Customer Rewards Account area.
A Rewards Points Certificate may only be used as a credit against eligible Print Dallas print job orders, made by the member who earned the Rewards Points. Rewards Points Certificates are not transferable, have no independent monetary value and may not be otherwise redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any other benefit.
Only one Rewards Points Certificate can be credited against any given print job order; Rewards Points Certificates cannot be combined and applied against one order. Unless otherwise stated, Rewards Points Certificates cannot be used for custom orders, and may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer or discount offered by Print Dallas. If you place a custom order or take advantage of another promotion, special offer or discount, you will not be able to apply Rewards Point Certificates to the transaction.
Reward Points Certificates cannot be used to pay for the cost of shipping and handling charges and/or any applicable taxes. Also, shipping and handling charges and/or any applicable taxes for all orders are calculated based on the total gross value of the order, without regard to use of Rewards Points Certificates. By way of example, if the order value is $500.00 and you use $100.00 in Rewards Points Certificates as a credit against the order, any applicable taxes will be based on the $500.00 gross order value, not the $400 net cost.
Rewards Points may also be redeemed for specially chosen merchandise. Please go to the Rewards page to view the available merchandise and the Rewards Points redemption value required for each item. All merchandise offered as part of the Rewards Program is subject to availability and may be changed at any time and without notice.
To redeem your Rewards Points, simply go to your Customer Rewards Account and follow the instructions for redemption.
Redemption of Rewards Points is not reversible. Once you have elected to redeem your Rewards Points for Rewards Points Certificates and/or merchandise, that decision is final. Rewards Points, once redeemed, will not be credited back to your Customer Rewards Account. Merchandise cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
A Rewards Points Certificate cannot be exchanged for merchandise and may only be used as a credit against eligible future Print Dallas print job orders. It is only valid for a one time use and cannot be divided among multiple orders. If the order value is less than the value of the Rewards Point Certificate then balance of the Certificate is forfeited and cannot be used. If you place an order using the Rewards Points Certificate and the order is subsequently canceled the Rewards Points are forfeited no replacement Rewards Points Certificate will be issued.
Customer Rewards Account
You will be able to access your Customer Rewards Account and review the balance of your accrued Rewards Points simply by accessing your normal Print Dallas account. A link to your Customer Rewards Account will appear in your regular Print Dallas account page. You will not need any special account number or password to access the Customer Rewards Account. Your normal Print Dallas account number and password will control access to and use of the Customer Rewards Account and all transactions available within the account.
Your Print Dallas account can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are responsible for the selection and use of your Print Dallas account password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Print Dallas recommends that you do not divulge your account number and/or password to anyone. If you do, you will be and are solely responsible for any actions that the person or entity receiving this information takes with respect to your account password, including, without limitation any transactions within in your Print Dallas customer account and /or your Customer Rewards Account, any redemption of accrued Rewards Points in your Customer Rewards Account, any violation(s) of these Terms and Conditions and/or all other applicable Print Dallas rules and regulations, and any disclosure or details of your account(s) or further disclosure of your account number and/or password that may occur. Print Dallas is not and shall have no liability for any losses or damages of any kind or nature, resulting from unauthorized access to, or use of, your Print Dallas account or password.
Memberships in the Rewards Program, your Customer Rewards Account, accrued Rewards Points and Rewards Point Certificates are non-transferable. You may not combine your Customer Rewards Account, Rewards Points and/or Rewards Points Certificates with those of another customer. Only one person or entity may be enrolled per Customer Rewards Account. No customer may maintain more than one Customer Rewards Account.
The sale or barter of Customer Rewards Accounts, Rewards Points, account credits, Rewards Points Certificates or any other benefit of the Rewards Program, by or among Rewards Program members is expressly prohibited. Rewards Points, account credits, Rewards Point Certificates or any other benefit of the Rewards Program that are acquired via prohibited sales or barter transactions are VOID.
Print Dallas reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Rewards Program at any time if you violate these Term and Conditions or any other applicable Print Dallas rule or regulation, including without limitation engaging in a prohibited sale or barter transaction. Termination of your membership, for any reason, will result in the elimination of your Customer Rewards Account, a loss of all accumulated Rewards Points in your Customer Rewards Account, the cancellation of any unused Rewards Points Certificates, cancellation of any other pending redemption transactions, and the loss of all other Rewards Program benefits, of any kind. Terminated members are not eligible to participate in any aspect of the Rewards Program including, without limitation, any special promotions. In lieu of termination, Print Dallas may, at its sole discretion, deduct Rewards Points from your account and/or cancel unused Rewards Points Certificates, and/ or cancel other pending redemption transactions, but permit you to continue participating in the Rewards Program. Members whose accounts have been terminated for any reason may not open new accounts without Print Dallas prior approval. If Print Dallas determines that a new account has been opened for the benefit of a previously terminated member, even if the account is not held in that previously terminated member’s name, the account is subject to termination.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Rewards Program rules, terms and conditions. If you have any question about the rules that are applicable to your situation, please check or contact a Print Dallas customer service representative.
Print Dallas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions and the Rewards Program rules, benefits, regulations, points award levels, redeemable merchandise, and any applicable special offers, at any time and without notice. This means, for instance, that Print Dallas can change the manner in which Rewards Points are earned and/or redeemed. Such changes may include modifications that, among other things, (i) alter the Rewards Points credits or other benefits that can be earned on any given transaction on or after the date of change, (ii) alter the value of already accumulated Rewards Points or other benefits of the Rewards Program for redemption purposes or otherwise, and/or (iii) alter or eliminate the eligible transactions and/or merchandise that Rewards Points can be redeemed against. Unless otherwise stated, the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program in effect at the time you redeem Rewards Points or otherwise request an available benefit or other transaction, will govern that transaction.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website. It is your responsibility and you are encouraged to check in regularly to see if there have been any updates. Print Dallas assumes no responsibility or obligation to provide prior, contemporaneous or subsequent notice of changes in the Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions. In the event Print Dallas does elect to provide notice of any particular change to the Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions, it does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide notice of any other or further changes to the Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions, of any kind or nature, and/or or at any time.
Print Dallas reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program in its entirety on 3 months notice. In the event the Rewards Program is terminated, notice will be posted on Print Dallas website.
Account Deletion and Rewards Point Expiration
Rewards Points in your Customer Rewards Account will expire 12 calendar months from the date on which they were first earned.
Please note that once you redeem Rewards Points for a Rewards Points Certificate or merchandise that decision is final; the rewards points will not be credited back to your Customer Rewards Account.
A Rewards Point Certificate, and Rewards Points value therein, expires on the earlier of 30 days after the date you redeem your Rewards Points or the date on which your Print Dallas account has been inactive for a period of six (6) months.
If your Print Dallas customer account has no purchase activity (i.e., the placement of an order that proceeds to fulfillment, delivery, acceptance and payment) for six (6) consecutive months it will result in the termination of your Rewards Program membership and the loss of all accrued but unused Rewards Points in your Customer Rewards Account as well as any eligible unused Reward Certificates.
The redemption of Rewards Points for merchandise and/or Rewards Points Certificates does not constitute a purchase activity in your Print Dallas customer account.
If your Rewards Program membership and Customer Rewards Account are terminated due to six months of inactivity and you then place an order with Print Dallas, a new Rewards Program membership and Customer Rewards Account will be created and Rewards Point will begin to accrue beginning with this latest transaction, subject to your reconfirming your agreement with these Terms and Conditions. Previously accrued but deleted Rewards Points will not be reinstated. It is your responsibility to monitor your Customer Account activity to ensure that your Rewards Program membership is not terminated and any accrued Reward Points are not lost due to account inactivity. Print Dallas assumes no obligation or responsibility of any kind, or at any time, to notify you of the activity or inactivity of your account, that your membership in the Rewards Program will be or has been terminated, and/or that any accrued Rewards Points will be or have been lost.
Name and Address Changes
You are responsible for updating and advising Print Dallas of any change of name, e-mail, phone number and/or postal address on your applicable Print Dallas account. Without undertaking any obligation to do so, Print Dallas reserves the right to update the address for any member’s account using the National Change of Address (NCOA) data filed by relocating postal customers.
You may update your account contact information by logging on to your account via www.printdallas.net. You can also update your account contact information by contacting Print Dallascustomer service at email@example.com.
Supporting legal documentation may be required for any name change requests. Print Dallasshall have no liability for any, errors, losses or damages of any kind or nature, resulting from your failure to update your account information.
Rewards Points Statements
No paper or online Customer Rewards Account statements will be sent out. You may check on the status of your Customer Rewards Account by logging in to your regular Print Dallas customer account and clicking on the “star” rewards icon.
Your Customer Rewards Account will indicate the amount of Rewards Points earned, as well as redemption activity.
You are responsible for verifying that Rewards Points for qualifying activity is credited to your Customer Rewards Account. All account discrepancies must be reported in writing within 60 days of the date of activity. Verbal notification of account discrepancies is not accepted. You should maintain copies of qualifying transactions for your records until the appropriate Rewards Points credit appears in your Customer Rewards Account.
